| Total Rewards and Information Management
Total Rewards and Information Management is responsible for the records maintenance of all regular (6,100) and temporary (3,000) employees, including compensation changes, address changes, etc. Benefits also:
- supports Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) needs,
- oversees the functions associated with unemployment and Americans with Disabilities claims
- is responsible for administrating insurance benefits to approximately 7,000 active employees and 2,000 retirees,
- explains benefit programs through a variety of media, and maintains employee benefit records, and
- administers the flexible spending account, cafeteria benefits plan, and worker's compensation programs.
