Total Rewards and Information Management is a subdivision of Human Resources and is responsible for the records maintenance of all regular (6,100) and temporary (3,000) employees.  Benefits is a subgroup of Total Rewards & Information Management.  Areas of responsibility for Total Rewards and Information Management include:

  • Americans with Disabilities claims
  • Compensation changes
  • Employee benefits (including insurance, flexible spending, etc.)
  • Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) support
  • Personnel (name & address) changes
  • unemployment claims
  • workers compensation 
  • worksite wellness
