Workforce Management
 

The Workforce Management service is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, hiring, orienting, placing, transferring, verifying licensure, conducting background checks and completing employment reference checks for candidates, applicants and employees of the district. The Staffing department also ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements involving Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, and Managing Diversity within the employment context.
